Main Technical Features |
1. The bobbin adopts driving or driven winding mode; the winding speed can be arbitrarily adjusted as per
the requirement; with constant winding speed and uniform winding tension when winding by means of
speed-adjusting by frequency-changing. 2. It has the function of automatically length-measuring, speed-measuring and constant length controlling. 3. The machine is controlled by PLC, indicated by touch screen; it is both easy and correct to operate it; 4. it is equipped with vibrator and reciprocating yarn-shifting device to ensure the smooth yarn-dividing and raise the yarn-dividing speed. 5. It is equipped with pneumatic and electro-magnetic brake device to ensure the bobbin-mounted shaft,yarn-guiding roller and tension roller to be synchronously braking. 6. It adopts synchronous drive of bobbin-mounted shaft and collective transverse motion of transverse moving mechanism, realizes the conformance of multi-bobbin winding. 7. It shortens the technological process from sheaflike yarn to cheese. 8. It reduces the investment of production cost, easy to operate and raise the productive beneficial result. |
