1.Warping and beaming is driven by A.C. frequency converter so that constant yarn speed and tension is gained even at high speed.
2.The quick and smooth baking action is made by hydraulic braking system with a digital A.C. servo controller. The braking force is set by windows. According to set value and current speed, Parameters of servo motor and oil pressure is adjusted automatically (patent).
3.The guiding of yarn strip is precisely controlled by a digital A.C. servo controller, so that positioning of the start point and yarn strip is completed automatically by pressing button.
4.The forward and backward movement of warping table is controlled through AC digital servocontroller and transmission of ball screw rod. The system is also equipped with guide roll and several kinds of sensors.
5.The warping table will be backed for the same distance in the warping procedure.
6.The beaming tension of yarn is measured with sensor and controlled by a digital A.C.servo controller. The inner and outer tension is set on TTS(touching sensor screen).
7.The steel drum with fixed cone is precisely checked on inertial balance.
8.Mechatronics and automation is realized with a bus, PLCs, digital A.C. servo controllers,microcomputers with TTS (touching sensor screen) and one long-distance monitor.
9.The warping frame is moved on the rail, but the lease reed and creel is fixed, so that the position of warp stripe is unchanged and the side yarn tension also is constant.
10.The movable beaming unit is set for one or several warping units. The electrical source and air supply is reliably provided by the special plugs.
11.To suit user ' s need, several types of creels, different spindle space and number is offered.
12.Several types of tension devices and stop motions are provided.
13.Static eliminator is provided in the warping table.
