Main Technical Features |
1. Directly driven through shaft and realize stepless set of
speed on warping yarns using frequency conversion speed-regulating motor. The linear speed is constant. 2. The straight-line pressurizing mode through inclined guide rail makes the pressure be smooth and constant. The closed loop pressure mechanism composed of high precision proportional relief valves can realize the constant winding density of warp beam. 3. The reciprocating movement of adjustable reed will be synchronized with revolving of warp beam, thus the adjustment is convenient and reliable and the winding yarns will be more uniform and flat. 4. The gas-liquid conversion clamp brake makes better braking effects for warp beams and rollers. The guide roller adopts electromagnetic brake system. 5. The interim blowing mechanism can keep clean of reed teeth and the interim time can be freely set. 6. The operation on pneumatic upper & lower roller and the loosening & clamping of warp beams can all be indicated by the touching screen, thus the operation is very convenient, safety and reliable. 7. The safety device will lock the warp beam, thus it can not dropped in case of accidental stop on supply of power and gas. 8. The composite safety device integrating infrared ray and safety bar can make operation be safer. 9. The interface of computer-aided touching screen can make operation be convenient and display be clear and visual. 10. Various kinds of bobbin cradles, spindle pitch and spindle quantities can be freely selected by customers. 11. The strainer, warp braking stoppage device and static eliminating device can have various kinds of types, which can be selected by customers. 12.Tension device and auto stop device on broken warp. |
